What to do about strong fps drops and lags in Fortnite?

The following problem: I got an Rx 570 Pulse 8G OC a few days ago. I also only play Fortnite and have previously gambled with the graphics chips integrated in the processor. My processor is a Ryzen 3 3200g. Now it is the case that since the graphics card was installed, I have had strong FPS drops. My fps are usually around 120-130 on average, but suddenly drop briefly to 20-30 FPS, just like that. There's an up and down fps display, one with the up arrow and one with the down arrow. The up arrow shows a constant 120 fps, while the down arrow constantly fluctuates between 20 and 100 fps, which then also ensures the constant lag. The in-game graphics settings are all low and play at 1920x1080. But it doesn't help if I reduce the resolution to 1600x900, it doesn't change my FPS or anything else. For example, I have the same frame rate on 1280x720 as on 1920x1080, why? Normally, if I have 120 fps on 1920x1080, I should easily get around 180 fps or more at 1280x720. I mean, without a graphics card, I already had 100 fps on average at 1280x720. Where I did not yet have a graphics card, I still did not have these strong fps drops, they have now been added. It just lies very strong in between and the game does not run smoothly at all, despite the actual 120 fps on average, simply because of these short, frequently occurring fps drops. I was able to influence my fps before, where I didn't have a graphics card, depending on the resolution I gambled on, I had either more or less fps, as it should normally be. Now I can change as much as I want, the frame rate always stays the same… So I've had two problems since installation and I don't know where they come from. On the one hand the unexpected fps drops, which are also the biggest problem, and on the other hand with the quality that I can no longer really influence my fps, they always remain the same no matter what I change in the resolution. When gaming, my GPU reaches a temperature of 69 degrees, which is also in the absolute normal range when gaming and is on average always 30-40% busy, but often drops briefly to 10%, which may also cause the PDS drops can, no idea.

I just give you the tip to stop playing Fortnite. Is the easiest solution. Who is playing Fortnite?

7 to 14 year olds

As your PC, I would also refuse to run fortnite…

At least when it comes to intellectual age. But I think Fortnite will eventually go extinct just like the dinosaurs millions of years ago. Only Fortnite will not survive nearly as long as dinosaurs or other prehistoric creatures

I think it has an existence right now that I can finally play games like GTA and COD again without a prepubescent child telling me every 10 seconds that she had intercourse with my producer.

Already these angelic voices which in the end, because of their high "noise level", felt like they were totally overdriving with 200dB. I'm already really looking forward to my pension when I know that these children can give me my Verdi pension
