I currently have strong frame drops in Fortnite. I've set the fps to 160 max and they often go down to 20. My system:
Rtx 2070 (overclocked with one click function)
Ryzen 5 2600
Msi b450 pro vdh plus
16gb ram
What are these strong drops? Can I fix it? Btw: Yesterday I was streaming and had only 60-90 fps
