I have a radeon rx 590 an intel core i5 6600k and 16gb ddr4 ram, nevertheless I have even in minecraft only about 90 fps without texturepack and shader. In Fortnite I come to about 160 fps (with my old gtx 1050 ti 4gb I have reached a maximum of 240 fps) but always with small burglaries. In csgo I have the highest settings around 200 fps. In ROE I have on highest settings just under 60 which has kinked me the most. Does anyone know if there may be other reasons that I have so few fps?

ly

A too high resolution could be the reason.

Dismantled the old driver with DDU before using the new card?

Ri

Does your cooling work? That would be my first thought without seeing the system.

Then check the utilization of your Graka / CPU.

Another point: check your drivers.

1080p

ly

And I assume that you have not connected your monitor directly s.Mainboard?

Mi

No

ly

The current AMD video driver is installed and the old Geforce driver completely removed?

Mi

I've downloaded the driver today and the cooling would have to go in any case, I see nothing.

Mi

Ne've just uninstalled it with programs and features, is that so important?

Mi

Yes but without DDU I did not even know that there's something like that, have the driver for programs and features uninstalled.

ly

This is usually sufficient, but not always complete.

Mi

Ok, can there be other reasons?

ly

Clear. The card needs z.b. Ne amount more electricity. What do you currently have for a power supply and you have the additional power cabling made (the RX needs in addition to the 75 W via PCIe additionally via a 6 or 8 pin cable power from the power supply)?

Mi

I have a 500W power supply from be quiet!

How hot is the GPU and how high is its load in games?

Mi

Where can I see the temperature?

ly

With tools, such as HWMonitor.
It may also be good that in the case of the GPU you can also see this in the Radeon driver software.

Mi

So at Fortnite the GPU is at about 50%

Mi

At ROE the GPU is at 90% and the temperature is at 60 ° C

ly

Then the GPU just can't do it anymore.

Would a gtx 1070 be an improvement?

sl

Yes, I would definitely try it. Uninstall AMD driver again, remove all residues (nVidia and AMD) with DDU and install again.
