Too little FPS despite good system?

For the time being my system features:

Motherboard: MSI A88XM Gaming
Processor: AMD A10-7850K
Graphics card: PowerColor Radeon R9 290 graphics card with 4GB GDDR5
Memory: Corsair: CMZ16GX3M2A2133C10 Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2133 Mhz CL10
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master 120XL Processor Liquid Cooling System
Power supply: Super Flower SF800K14A
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Hard disk: San Disk SSD

Now for my problem. I have in the game MGSV TPP at the highest settings around the 60 FPS and my PC turns on fully as I can hear despite extra sound-insulating housing. But Fortnite I have at the lowest settings around the 40 FPS and my PC is hardly as I hear can't busy. In the highest settings be Fortnite I have synonymous to the 40 FPS and the PC is also hard to hear or not fully utilized or the fans rotate as fast as if I would surf the Internet. The same as Fortnite is synonymous with GTA 5 so I have both the lowest of the graphics settings as synonymous to the highest settings for the 50 FPS ultra.

PS: in both games, the FPS Limited is off and the Internet is not synonymous (100K line).

Look at the utilization of your components during the game with MSI-Afterburner. There you also see a possible temperature problem (this is plausible if the fans always turn on full.) Mfg Broccoli

I would tap on the CPU, which will severely limit at 1080p.

The fact that it is on low-settings as well encourages my mating.

I have no problem with it when the fans are always fully open. That's a sign that the PC is giving its best, so to speak. But for me, you only turn on some games and then these games are also quite good, but in other games they turn up as slowly as in normal operation and then these games run very badly.

I would not care too much about the fans, they do not necessarily reflect the system load (some fans are also temperature controlled, for example). What I wanted to say with my answer: If your hardware gets too hot, it automatically clocks down. This could be a reason for the low Fps. My tip: Check out with Afterburner, how high the temperatures are and if your components are actually fully utilized. Only on the basis of the fans you can't recognize this. Mfg broccoli
