Hello and I wanted to ask which of these components are the problem in my PC. Fortnite is mine and runs at 50--70fps. All low settings
i7-2600
Gtx-1660ti
16gb ddr3
1tb HDD
180hz Asus Predator Monitor
The i7 is from 2011 and slower than a current Pentium and no SSD for fast loading textures. And the Pentium of today is already lahmarschig and not good for gambling
I just forgot to add an SSD
Either you have the monitor cable on the board and not on the graphics card (then you use the iGPU from the processor and not the 1660), or your old i7 from 2011 is to blame.
What does MSI Afterburner say? CPU at the limit?
Fortnite has no claims, this is not Division 2.
The CPU is enough for FullHD Ultra.
As if an SSD brings something while gambling.
How do I see that with Afterburner have the program knows only net like I use it and it recognized graphics card and processor have looked up
Believe me. Fortnite loads in a 30 seconds xd
Yes, it shortens the loading time (but not around worlds). But has nothing to do with FPS.
Use the attached program riva statistics server to show the stats ingame or to view the load curves after completing the game. If CPU at 100% then it is fully utilized (I assume strongly) and guilty of possibly lag spikes
A second makes that fast.
Always around 90 percent but not 100
I would still suspect as guilty. Is not really fix see comparison above.
Okay, but thanks for a quick sub-question would the game with ner r9 280 lag?
Why ask which is much slower than the 1660
Because I have the second PC on and want to give someone who plays Fortnite. So is the processor?
The game Fortnite is actually relatively modest. The computing power should not necessarily be.
Try to reduce the resolution, or reduce the details.
Incidentally, your CPU is basically not powerful enough for the Graka. This is therefore not driven to their performance limits.
My suggestion: Exchange the CPU for a stronger model on occasion.
Since Fortnite is a fast online game, laggs can also occur if the Internet bandwidth is too low and / or the ping is too high.
If you should use WLan, try it (testweise) with a Lan cable. If it gets better, we've found the reason.
Hello and I wanted to ask which of these components are the problem in my PC.
---> i7-2600
Well will not work because I have to buy ram cpu and mainboard if I take another CPU
Have you ever looked at the compatibility list of your motherboard?
Sometimes there's more possible than expected.
Unfortunately, I do not know your motherboard, otherwise I would have checked myself, what else would that be possible.
According to "The Bottlenecker Calculator" a GTX 1050ti would be ideal for your CPU.

The GTX 1660ti is therefore "slightly" exaggerated:

It is clear, however, that one must trust such benchmarks only limited.
