How's the pc for under 100 euro?

You will never be able to gamble for less than 100 euro. And certainly nothing like Fortnite. Even with a 400-500 euro PC, you would not perform well in most games.
OK. And how is the PC in general for Office and something like that?
I'm not very familiar with Office PCs. But the part has way too much RAM. The system can't handle that much. Office systems actually have 4GB of RAM, a maximum of 8GB, everything above that goes towards gaming or workstations.
But does that matter so much RAM or is it just there?
So should it be expanded then?
That's enough for office. An SSD belongs in every system. Gaming is possible to a very limited extent (720p and low settings).

Take one with 240 GB, then Windows and the games on it
Just have to connect the SSD to the power and SATA. Isn't difficult

For 100 euro it looks pretty good and is definitely enough if you want to use and surf normal Office programs (~ MS Office and cf.) with it.
According to the minimum requirements of Fortnite, it should also work, if you put in a slightly newer (possibly used & cheap) graphics card, most e-sports titles should be possible in 1080p, but inform yourself before buying a graphics card whether your power supply unit still participate.
I would also retrofit an SSD, Technomanking has already given you the best advice on this.
Why are you buying a PC from eBay? Is it used?
