I have a GTX 1070ti a i7 6700k 16gb ram (1x16) a 1tb hdd and 1 128gb ssd. I've been playing Fortnite lately, and for a few weeks I've had the feeling that it often lays claim to frustration with the frame breaks. Often, the FPS but also up to 50 down. I play on lowest graphics settings. I have seen in streamers, some of which already have an i5 and a 1050ti more fps or liquid play. I'm at the END with my advice. Does one have an idea?
My ideas would be to install the game on the SSD, cpu, gpu or ram overclock, reinstall windows, buy 144hz monitor if it is in my eyes. (Very unlikely, because freune also say it is.) Can someone help me? I have sooo put a lot of money in the PC and it still lays. MFL
PS all other games run on highest settings perfect me often over 100 fps.
Would first reinstall Windows?

Or does something go down because of overheating?

I've already looked it clocks nothing down and it is not fully utilized. The highest is the CPU, which is mostly approx. At 50%
I'll try it with WIndows
Then re-install Fortnite and Epic Games.
