How can you change the characters in Fortnite?

I always play with Ramirez but I want to play with others, in the hero selection you can only look at the characters but not select

Under heroes there will be selection and administration

You go to the administration and press on your skin. There should be "change" so the skin character change. Then you go to the skin you want to play
