Hardware ban in Fortnite, can I still use the Fn acc on another PC?

I was banned in Fortnite hwid and wanted to find out whether I can still use my Fortnite acc on another PC (not banned) without being banned. For the ban reason: I used a VPN for more security and was banned for it.
