Streamlabs OBS little stutters?

Stream in 720p60 with 6000 bitrate have 9mit / s upload and mainly Minecraft or Fortnite. I often have small stutters that feel like my hardware is busy or something, but that's not true. GPU and CPU are used 40-50% so I also stream via my RX 5600 XT. As a processor I have a Ryzen 5 2600x and 1x16GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM.

Does anyone know any help?

6000 bit rate could be too much. Would rather go to 5000, or try that first.

Otherwise the hardware can still be overloaded, even if you are only at 40-50% utilization. I don't quite understand that either, but that's about the same for me.
So first, as I said, the bit rate would go down to 5000 and then to 4500 if it still jerked.
If that doesn't work, load the GPU one step less.
According to my experience, it should be one of the two.

There's also a bug (probably) but it has to do with a wrong setting in the Elgato settings, which is probably irrelevant to you and as far as I still know, there's more than just small jerks.

If it is due to the hardware load, there are also small settings that can be displayed, whereby the hardware is a little less stressed and you may then get a slightly cleaner picture, like when you go down with the load itself.
I just use OBS studio, so I don't know how similar these two programs are. I'll give you a few settings that you could exhibit as a try.
You can also try not to record AND stream at the same time if you do. That might help too.

At OBS studio this hook is removed for the latter.

Here you could go down to Bicubic instead of Lanzos.

If you are putting a load on the GPU, you can display it here.
If that looks the same for you, don't "re-scale output" here. You can only do this in the "Video" tab on OBS studio.

If it is not because of the bit rate, I would try all of this in different connections, or individually. It may be that you bring together a better quality, as if you load the GPU less with "presetting". Is a lot of testing to have the best quality, but you will already know. XD
