Fortnite hangs when I open Streamlabs Obs?

As it stands above my Fortnite but it jerks quite easily when I open the program streamlabs obs.
I'm really desperate and do not know why?
My hardware

amd ryzen 7 2700x with water cooling

gpu 1070ti

32gb ram

256 GB ssd + 1 tb hdt

I have the game and the program reinstalled has unfortunately brought nothing. Windows 10 had some bugs I could not repair because of this I reset Windows too. I'm grateful for every tip.
