All games on my PC have always on edges of e.g. Thin lace pixelated edges. I have an Omen X Compact with a gtx 1080. How can I change that? What do I have to change in the graphics settings? I already have everything at maximum. In the picture e.g. The strings left. Hair often looks spurious. Other games than Forza are: Hitman, Fortnite, Asphalt 9 (8).
Must always adjust the anti-aliasing to the absolute maximum. Otherwise you still have to raise the resolution or change the scaling.
To prevent "paging" at the edges of the edges, you can activate the so-called "anti-aliasing", the function is called in nVidia graphics driver also: "Antialiasing".
Your GTX 1080 is indeed very fast, and should therefore make it fluid. You can set antialiasing to 4x, so you can hardly see the podium at low power loss. Or you even set to 8x, which costs more power but looks quite perfect.
If your game does not offer this function, you can alternatively change the custom settings for this game in the nVidia driver to "override any application setting" and then Force 4x or 8x.
You need to enable Anti Aliasing, if the game does not offer a better AA you can try it directly in the driver settings. Otherwise, nothing remains to be used as downsampling, so you can google how to activate it.
That's it!
