Fortnite rendering problem and edges are bugged?

I recently downloaded Fortnite again. Unfortunately, I discovered that Fortnite strangely only renders a small radius. This creates an unsightly and annoying gaming experience. Edges wiggle like fences, houses, trees or bridges. Unfortunately I don't know how to change that. Maybe someone can help me.

Components: i9 processor, Geforce RTX 2060 Super, Asus rock strix z490 e gaming (mainboard)

Otherwise, turn up the effects, it doesn't have to be textures. If it is ned then installers go again and see how the rabbit runs.

Have now reinstalled the game. Unfortunately, that alone didn't help. Then I set anti-aliasing to epic, so the edge errors are fixed.

Unfortunately the rendering bug is still there.
