From what processor is multi thread rendering worthwhile?

I have a Ryzen 5 2600x 3.6 ghz, 4.2 ghz Turbo clock 6 core processor and wanted to ask if I could turn on the Multi Thread Rendering function in Fortnite, or does it make sense with such a processor?

Either that should increase performance with good processors, or just decrease…

From which CPUs is it worthwhile to activate the function?
