Hello I'm looking for a good PC that achieves 240 fps with low settings in fortnite (or a little less fps) now the question is which of the two pcs is more worthwhile or are the pcs worthwhile at all

No PC is worth it for your project.
The 2nd and 240fps in Fortnite is mega low so I have about 900 fps and my pc cost just a little more

The 700 is enough for that.
100 euro more are just put in the CPU which of course is much stronger but does not matter for Fortnite with this GPU.
