It's getting pretty hard. For a beginner, I think it's not so much fun anymore.

This does not really play such a big role as console players also interact with PC players.

60 fps would be to kannap for gaming these days, I mean you can play it but to be really good you need something more like 120hz

Why should not it? Basically all of the pros play with the mouse and keyboard. There were only two players in the World Cup who played with Controller.
