I'm looking for a programmer / programmer?

I want a program (or what program) that my mouse pointer tracks what. For example, when I watch a movie, the mouse always moves on the face, that I choose, or when I watch a Youtube video with a drone I somehow select the drone, that the mouse alone tracks the drone.

Or I mark a head in Fortnite, and he always follows the head of the opponent. And if he does not see his head, the program stops, and when the head is back, it automatically goes back on its head.

And I do not want to do anything about the game itself, the program should recognize it myself.
