Boy! With a 1050ti! That is a GTX. You will never go straight to Bottleneck.
Unfortunately it will jerk, your CPU is too old and too weak. At the moment, an AMD Ryzen would be a better choice.
Investing in your old hardware from 2013 is pointless. A new motherboard costs 80 euro, and then you are free to choose the processor technology. Yes, you will also need new main memory (DDR4), but that's the way it is.
So with my 10 inch Intel M3 Windows 10 tablet I was able to stream smoothly with OBS.
