I wanted to switch to pc soon and continue to play fortnite but I have the problem when I press something or move the mouse that it glitches on the screen

As you describe it, it could be tearing. This is simply incorrect cross-fading of frames. You can prevent this by switching on Vsync and having the same number of fps as Hertz on your screen. However, if your PC can't keep the Fps high enough and they drop below the Hz of your monitor, there may be small input delays.
