I'm thinking if I want to buy a gaming PC. Now I wanted to ask again if you can play on this gaming pc with the components fortnite without laggs and so on and on full graphics?
Motherboard: ASUS H87M-E
CPU: Intel Core I5 4670
RAM: 16GB
SSD: Crucial 240GB
HDD: 2TB Seagate Constellation
Graphics: Gigabyte GTX 1060 3GB
Power supply: Corsair CX430M Modular
Maybe not with all settings to maximum, but with maximum visibility, it should still run smoothly.
I'm a bit worried about the processor, which is quite old, but should be enough for Fortnite. Do you buy the PC new or used? And how much should he cost?
The PC is said to cost 550 euro get the pc from a friend so cheap. Is that okay with the price? And is it possible to upgrade the processor to an i7 would the other components go along with it?
The components are quite outdated, so CPU, RAM, motherboard.
Does that mean you can no longer upgrade the calculator sensibly and cheaply.
The 3GB version of the GTX 1060 is also not recommended.
And the power adapter is not the golden one of the egg either.
So in short: Yes, that's enough for Fortnite. But sense does not make it to buy this PC, unless you get it cheap used, because the hardware is outdated.
550 euro is that okay?
For used too expensive, for new perfectly fine.

"I'm also a bit worried about the processor, which is quite old,"
The CPU is completely sufficient for everything today, because you are running into the limit of the GTX 1060-3GB
Can there @asdundab only agree, 550 euro is really too much for it! And I would never buy such a new one.
The 500 euro hardware advice PC is a good choice, even better would be the 700 euro hardware advice PC (if you can spend so much), which creates every current game in full HD liquid, not just Fortnite and can be upgraded well later. Otherwise you do not do anything wrong for Fortnite with the 500 euro PC.
"And I would never buy such a new one."
Well, for 550 euro would be new currently quite okay, although you will hardly get a 4th Gen CPU in a new PC.
The 3 GB I have read directly. Forget that they still exist.
The CPU is already sufficient, but I would not like to see it in a current PC. In a gerbauchten course no problem. Since it is only a 3 GB 1060, I would find 450-500 euro a better price, because you may need to buy a better graphics card, if you really want to play Fortnite maximum settings. With the 3 GB version, you'll probably have to live with medium settings.
Sure, the price for "new" components would be alright, but the components, if you want to sell them then really hardly worth anything. I would buy older hardware always needed, then the loss of value is not too high.
So roughly raked this system for 550 euro, although not massively overpriced, but definitely not a bargain, because, as others have said, the 3GiB graphics card is a horse's foot and also regarding the CPU can't be upgraded particularly. In addition, you have no warranty on most components.
The succession is not a recommendation but should serve you for price comparison. These are in each case new components that are located in a similar service area (prices approximately):
Ryzen 1200 - 70 euro
Gigabyte B450M DS3H - 65 euro
16GiB RAM - 75 euro
Radeon RX 570 - 130 euro
SSD 240GiB - 35 euro
HDD 2TB - 55 euro
400W power adapter - 50 euro
Housing of your choice - 40 euro
-----------------------------------
Sum 520 euro
So you have to negotiate clearly, because a used system should be at least 15 to 30% cheaper to buy.
And you can't upgrade the graphics card to a 6GB?
Of course you can, but it's about the price-performance ratio. And you do not have to swap the graphics card directly, for not too demanding games it is already alright - the 1060 with 3GiB is just a pretty farmer catcher card. The "normal" 1060 with 6GiB has a very good reputation and Nvidia uses the hald. And with the 6GiB variant, the PC would simply be rounder.
As I said, if you get the calculator a bit cheaper, that's fine, just not for 550 euro.
