So my question is if I can play with it somehow Fortnite.
On the side of the pc is the ryzen 5 has 3,9GHz. But in my Pc settings is only 3.60GHz. If I improve that, do I need a better cooler or is that okay?

For Fortnite a Ryzen 3 2200G is enough.

But if you want to play well on medium to high settings, buy a graka. At the moment, one can recommend the GTX 1660ti or the rx580 / 590 in terms of price and performance. (For the AMD grakas but make sure that your power supply should bring at least 500 watts.)
Edit: Not 500, but 400 watts… The Ryzen 5 2400G hardly needs anything, about 70 watts)
For Fortnite the processor is enough with the Vega 11. The Ryzen 5 2400g has a tempo clock of 3.9 GHZ and a base clock of 3.6 GHZ. The turbo is only reached when the temperatures are ok and the power is needed.
