Getting old settings (mouse sensitivity) back after I reinstall a game years later?

I've been installing Fortnite for 3 years and wanted to play a round, but immediately noticed that the settings did not match, including my mouse sensitivity, these were all reset to the standard value and I no longer remember my old ones. Is there any way to get my old settings back?

In most games, the settings, i.e. Mouse and keyboard, as well as audio and video settings, are saved on the local data storage device. This means that if the game is uninstalled, these settings will also be deleted.

So there's no way to get them. Sry

Thank you for your prompt reply.

What I find strange is that my keyboard layout is the same as that I set years ago, but only my mouse sensitivity was at the standard value. With csgo this is also the case with a new installation, the keybinds are the same but the sensitivity is not. Well, thanks anyway, then I have to try around and get used to a new one

I don't know what to do next, because all the settings are actually saved in the same file, so either all or none can be reset. Well, the ways of tech companies are unfathomable.

But you can create a text document on a USB stick where you can save all the settings. I have e.g. Play a folder with setting of most. I adjusted the sensitivity so that it is the same in every game. Very pleasant.

A lovely evening
