Can someone put together a good PC?

I want to buy a new PC soon because mine is really old and you can hardly play games with good graphics. My budget is about 600 max 700 euro. Would be nice if you could play games like the witcher 3, fortnite etc with high quality.

The budget would have to be sufficient for the individual parts, and perhaps a medium-class graphics performance.

That would fit for 700 euro for a gamer, exactly. But it's also a matter of taste.
