I don't know if an extra mode for the concert comes into play. I would wait 20 minutes before the event and if there's no extra mode, start group wedges.
2 options: 10min before the concert, search for group wedges if there's no own mode (you see), or: just uninstall Fortnite, then the problem will disappear on its own (have played since the end of season 2 and did it about 5 months ago) - best decision).

So I get to the concert if I go in 13 minutes beforehand. So if there's a Ltm I go 15 minutes beforehand and if no one is in group wedges
Usually you should still get around. However, you must not try to get into the round 5 or 10 minutes before the event because the servers could be overloaded and you therefore can't get into a round
