No aim in Fortnite?

I have a problem I changed my sensitivity in fortnite to 6,5 days ago and was really good the next day I could not aim for the sensibility. I increased my sensitivity to 0.5 and could only do it again Aim for 1 day. Then I tried almost every sensibility but did not find any with which I could aim well

Now my question is what could that be and what can I do

I would be glad if I could get a meaningful solution because I'm desperate
