You will not get 140 FPS in Fortnite in life.
Minimum is an Rx 580 or equivalent card with options to reach 144 Hz. For this you first need a monitor of 144 Hz, which cost a little more synonymous. Build the PC for yourself, get one for your € 700, which gets your Fortnite to 144hz

it is not about acer. There are several companies that produce graphics cards, motherboards, power supplies and ram. Acer simply buys the cheapest products from cheap no name companies and sells them for dear ones. Acer may have screens and maybe laptops, but no PCs
