Depending on what the goals are, you can set them differently.
The simplest thing would be if you use the guards, you can assign them to a team, so they don't attack them and the guards' points are given.
You can also set the other team to get points if they kill the guard.
How many points that are, what weapon the bot has and how good and far it shoots can also be set relatively easily.
