Fortnite not available?

So I spent a lot of money on the account and expensive skins. Have not played for a year now and would like to give it away to a friend. I play on the PC. Now it is so that the Epic luncher is not available. What does that mean find nothing on google and the support does not respond at the time. So I can't download or start the game.
