Fortnite: Bent skins?

I've had skinned skins for several months now. Better explained: eg. Calamity skin (season 6 Battle Pass) has a cape in its highest level, but it does not move, so it does not have this nice animation, it just hangs stiff down. The hair does not move at any skin, generally all skins are verbuggt. I've alerted this feedback function a lot of times, but without success, the support countless times written and nothing. I know gambling is not life but it is still annoying if you do not have the same fun with these bugs. (Games on Nintendo Switch)

Vlt it is up to the switch with 30fps is poor quality normal
