Hey👋 I recently bought a Fortnite account for my brother that could contain one of three rare skins. There was nothing else besides: The following skins can be included in the account: Skin1 / Skin2 / skin3
Now that I have received it and none of these skins are on it, I would like my money back (would also take legal action)
He now said, "I'm sorry, but none of these skins were promised, just indicating that one of these skins MAY be included."
Now is that my stupidity or fraud from the seller?
So if the description of the account clearly states that these skins MAY be included, I don't think it's a scam. However, buying / selling accounts has already been prohibited in the Fortnite guidelines. As a result, legal action does nothing. I would say bad luck, as stupid as it sounds.
(would also proceed legally)
Then you will probably have to do that too.
Do you realize that you have to pay the lawyer yourself first?
And if there's nothing to get from the seller, then you will remain at the entire cost of the litigation.
Would it be possible to file a complaint?
No, this is not a criminal matter, but a civil matter.
And your seller is absolutely right with his statement, he did not say a word that even a single skin is included.
So was that legit? : /
Yes, someone was smarter than you.
