VERY IMPORTANT + I can't get into my Psn account (Fortnite)?

I have a psn account that I don't think was / is linked to an Epic games account. I separated him. And now he stands alone with no other connected accounts. When I log into my Psn account I have to connect to an Epic account. But no matter what I do, the account doesn't get its old skins back. And resetting the epic account does not work. What should I do? In summary: I can't get into my psn account without an Epic account / Epic account can't be reset.

You can only link one PSN account to one Epic account. This means: If you unlink Account1, you can never link another PSN account. It was the same for me, then I bought an XBox so that I could play again.
