Well, I installed Skinchanger (Luicidswapper) to get the Ikonik and Renegaide Raider in Fortnite, so I did that…

But I thought it did not work, so I uninstalled it…

Then it worked, but I can't undo anything

Epic Games Launcher> Library> Open Settings for Fortnite (Small Wheel Bottom Right)> Verify. After that, everything should be back to normal.
