Take or revive Fortnite potions without having to hold a button?

I have a question and I see öffters bey myth that he can revive or take potions without him holding the key. Does he do that with macros or how?

Nope, you can make in the settings.

Do not know exactly how the point is, just have to look. Habs already done for ages, is much more relaxed.
