Switch Fortnite from Pick ax to last weapon slot with one button (PC)?

At the very beginning I put the pick ax on the thumb button and over time I noticed that I could use it to switch to the pick ax and the last weapon slot, i.e. With just one button. Now I have changed it briefly, which I did not like and when I put it on the thumb button again, the change to the last used weapon slot was no longer possible. Does anyone know how I can set this up?

With the numbers this is the one you have to change into your desired key

No, I don't mean that, I was able to switch back and forth with a button to the pick ax and the last used weapon, even though the weapon slots were only numbers
