How do you get better AIM in Fortnite?

Maybe a lot of you will be scared by the question, but I want to switch from controller to MnK, Edit & Building is very easy for me, but switching weapons quickly and especially the close range AIM in box fight etc. Is difficult for me, so I wanted to ask how I could do something like that can best practice, i.e. To switch the reaction time from building to the correct weapon slot.
