Getting Fortnite Better Aim and Better Game IQ?

I have pretty good mechanics in Fortnite, but I need better aim and better game IQ. Does anyone know any good method or maps to practice this? I would like not to do skavook aim training because the bots lag there quite often.

You can team up with a friend and you just play a lot 1 on 1 in creative mode, so you learn new techniques, combinations and in the end you have a better aim.
