Fortnite rdw founder packages not in the shop?

In Fortnite I have the deluxe founder package (ie the second cheapest) … However, the higher founder packages are not displayed in my shop like eg. The super deluxe founder package, etc.

is that normal? If not, what can I do that they appear there?
