I bought two things from MMOGA a few days ago. One of them I asked for a refund and the money was back in the account a few days later. The other item worked perfectly. I have now received an email from MMOGA.
"Unfortunately we have to contact you with unpleasant news. The payment provider has informed us that the payment of the order number xxxxxx has been booked back.
Of course, this can happen. Unfortunately, the chargeback and the bank fee caused damage.
As a result, the seller asks you to compensate.

The Darkfire Bundle cost 27 euro. However, the key did not come and I applied for a refund as written above. So why should I pay 32.48 again, although I gave one back and the second only cost 5 euro and it works too? I have already answered and they give me a period of 5 days. Otherwise they threaten Schufa entry.
That is certainly a mess
Just call MMOGA and clarify that personally
