Yesterday I got V-Bucks on one side and now I can't play Fortnite anymore?

I was yesterday on eienr side there was Free V-Bucks thought that would be super cool because I wanted to buy the hottest skin ever So I did that and waited for nothing and suddenly the next morning I could not log in I had skull trooper and royal boomber and a few other things. Can you help me?

The only thing infinite as the infinite vastness of the universe is, is human stupidity!

If you had to give up your password for something, that's right for this stupidity.
I mean a small spark of grips would have to be present in a Fortnite-disturbed brain?
