Why are the loading times at Fortnite so long?

I somehow don't understand. With triple A titles with open world you are faster than just the Fortnite main menu. What does it take so long?

Play GTA-Online and you will know what long loading times are.

It's because of Unreal Engine. All games on Unreal Engine have long loading time.
