Outdated CPU that would still functtionieren Fortnite ect is clear, but that would cost the same again just to upgrade to a current CPU platform to come. I would not buy it.
How much can you spend a maximum?
400-600 euro

The CPU is outdated, the graphics card is not the yellow of the egg.
30 euro for a used 180GB SSD is already cheeky. 240GB cost 27 euro.
Ddr3 is outdated.
In the DIY a AMD system with a RX570 / RX580 beats this box loose.

With a 400 euro PC would you beat the ebay already. That would also be a new PC, with 600 euro you could have a decent machine.
