Enable sprinting in shooters by default?

Is it better to play with this function or also to assign the sprint key? In games like Fortnite e.g. (BR I know) you always have to sprint anyway and also in CoD, so that gives you an advantage, right?

I think that everyone feels differently, I think it's always best to sprint in a car. You don't have to press a button, you sprint straight away. I just find it more pleasant

You can't sneak up on permanent sprinting. In most shooters this is not that important anyway, but it is probably not too much to ask to press L3 once if you want to sprint

If you play offensively you don't have to sneak up, and you save a key that you can assign with a weapon etc.
