You can customize it. Normally it is at the bottom right above the buildings

If you have not changed anything in the settings, you should be able to open the menu with Q and select your building with the mouse wheel

So

It is best to open the settings and look at the assigned buttons for all components and change them if you want.

If I'm not mistaken, F1-F4 are selected at the beginning, but I've changed it to Q, C, mouse button 3 and mouse button 4.
