I wanted to play Gta and Fortnite on the pc with controller, it used to be possible but now the controller is only being charged (I have Windows 10) and can't understand why that used to be possible but not anymore

For GTA you need a program and InputMapper. GTA does not accept PS4 controllers, only Xbox. The InputMapper tells GTA that your controller is an Xbox controller. Fortnite should go without the InputMapper.
