High pulse in Fortnite?

I have a very high pulse in Fortnite, especially in the endgame, and I can't calm down afterwards.

Why is that and how can you avoid it?

Because you are completely in the game and want to win.

When I meet the last 2 teams at Apex, I always get an increased pulse. I think msn focuses entirely on the game and the tension creates the "pressure".

But it's normal, I would say.
