-Of course you have to be a top performer blah blah

You have to keep in mind that there are probably a lot better and then you have to ask yourself the question why me and how should they come to me.
Maybe you should first join a very good clan that has social media reach and is known that way. If you have worked your way up there and have become a little bigger, if you are very, very lucky, orgs will come up to you.
