Fortnite: Ps4 Pro or computer?

I've been playing Fortnite for about 5 months on my phone, I switched to the S4 tab for a few weeks, but now I want to upgrade to a console or PC. What is better for: fast building, fast editing, better goals?

Of course, you can build and aim faster on the PC, but your opponents can build and aim logical whites faster as well.
