Fortnite is not blocked for Samsung, you just have to download it directly from Epic, I also did it on the A51. The A41 is new, everything else works there.

The Galaxy A41 does not meet all the requirements for Fortnite. The GPU in the A41 is too weak for Fortnite. Therefore, it is not compatible on the device.
