Can't log in to Fortnite servers?

I already wrote the Fortnite support but I could not help it. Maybe someone can help me. If I want to start Fortnite I have to log in, but if I logged in I get this error message:

Try again later. The servers are probably down.

That's been the case for half a year, otherwise I would not have contacted the support

Have you found a solution by now? I have the same problem.
