Can't log in to Fortnite servers. What to do?

I wanted to play Fortnite on PC instead of PS4 for a change. So I downloaded the Epic Launcher and signed in with my Epic. I downloaded Fortnite on the launcher and started it. In the game, I then had to log in again with my Epic. I did that several times and each time it was displayed to me and I had to restart the game to try it again. I also checked whether I used the wrong password, but what I entered was already correct. I also tried to check the game where no error was displayed. I then thought that it could be a time problem and tried it again after a day (today). Then today's update came and after that it was still like that. I also tried LAN cable because I thought it might be due to the Internet, but even with a better connection it was still the same case. What do I have to do to be able to register and play Fortnite. PS: I also tried the one-time password, but I was not forwarded to any page where I could get it. Thanks in advance for the answers!

No, I do not think so. You don't seem to have done anything wrong. So it is more due to Epic Games.
